By creating an account or using Corridor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must meet Corridor's minimum age requirement to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly through the Feedback option if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
Corridor lets you record a mood and, if you choose, a location, and share it with people or groups you choose, find people nearby, host and join plans, and chat with friends. Corridor is a tool for reflection and staying loosely in touch with people you know. It does not verify the accuracy of what anyone posts.
You keep ownership of what you post. By sharing something, you grant us permission to store it and display it to the audience you chose. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post.
Please do not post content that:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules, and you can report content you believe does.
Corridor can help you plan, or meet up, with people you find on the app. We do not run background checks on users and cannot vouch for anyone's identity or intentions, including a plan's host. Use your own judgment, and prefer public places when meeting someone in person.
Corridor helps you notice patterns in how you feel. It is not a medical device, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or a qualified professional.
Corridor may offer optional paid features, including promotional placements for businesses. These are reviewed before they go live and are not guaranteed to be approved. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor; refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis through the Feedback option.
Corridor Plus. Corridor Plus is an optional paid upgrade, sold only in the Corridor Android app through Google Play, as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. What Plus includes is described in the app before you buy, and it applies to your Corridor account, so it also works on the web.
Payment and renewal. Google Play takes the payment, and Google's own terms and payment methods apply. Prices depend on your country and are shown, with any tax, before you confirm. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same length and at the price then in effect, until you cancel it.
Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, it is offered once per person. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before it does.
Cancelling and refunds. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Settings, Corridor Plus, Manage subscription takes you there). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays on until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy; we don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.
Changes. We may change what Plus includes or what it costs. A price change for an existing subscription takes effect only from a later renewal, after Google Play has notified you, and you can cancel before it applies.
Plus given for free. We may give Plus, or parts of it, at no cost, for example for hosting plans that people join or for reporting a genuine issue. These last for the period stated when they are given, have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Suspension. If your account is suspended or removed for breaking these terms (see section 10), Plus ends with it, and no refund is due for the remaining period except where the law requires it.
Corridor relies on third-party services to function. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their availability or errors.
Some events shown in Corridor come from other websites. Bengaluru event listings are from the blr.today dataset, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL). In the United States, listings include NYC Parks events and Chicago Park District events published as open data by those cities, and events from Ticketmaster. Each listing links to its organiser's own page, where its details, tickets and terms are; Corridor doesn't sell or book them.
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
You may stop using Corridor at any time. We may suspend or end your access where these terms are breached, where we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to others, or where required by law.
The Corridor name, logo, and app itself belong to us; these terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond using the app as intended. You keep the rights to your own content, subject to the license you grant us in §4 to display it as you've chosen to share it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corridor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including anything that happens as a result of content another user posted or a meeting arranged through the app.
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continuing to use Corridor after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Feedback option in the app, or reach us here:
